These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the fuji9 platform, including all games, services, and account features available at fuji9.bio. By creating an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read every section carefully before you register or place any wager.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the fuji9 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and fuji9 as the platform operator. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use the fuji9 platform. Online gaming is strictly prohibited for minors, and fuji9 takes its responsibility in enforcing this age limit seriously. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years old or above and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction within the Philippines. fuji9 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors in their household do not access the platform. Eligibility also requires that you are not acting on behalf of another person, that you are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, and that you have not been previously excluded from gaming platforms due to problem gambling.

3. Account Creation, Security, and Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on fuji9. Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's account, or attempting to register under false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify fuji9 support immediately by emailing [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account. fuji9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, terms violations, or risk to platform integrity. Upon closure of an account by fuji9 for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.
4. User Obligations, Responsibilities, and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of fuji9, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in the Philippines. You must not engage in any activity that constitutes cheating, collusion with other players, use of automated bots or scripts, exploitation of software errors or glitches, or any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent means, technical errors, or system faults will be considered void and will not be paid out. You are also prohibited from using the platform in any way that may disrupt services, introduce malware, scrape data, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the fuji9 software. Offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior directed at support staff or other users will not be tolerated and may result in permanent account closure. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have previously notified fuji9 of unauthorized access.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on fuji9 — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). By using the platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept that all account balances, displayed amounts, and transaction confirmations are denominated in PHP. Deposits must be made through the payment channels available on the platform, and fuji9 does not accept deposits made through unauthorized or third-party methods. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be communicated through the platform at the time of each transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3, and fuji9 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions. fuji9 does not guarantee that any specific payment method will always be available, and reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability and Third-Party Links
fuji9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any part of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fuji9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to system outages, connection failures, or acts beyond our reasonable control. fuji9 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from access by unauthorized third parties where such access resulted from your own negligence. The platform may from time to time contain links to external resources or third-party websites for informational purposes; fuji9 does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites, and following such links is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits fuji9's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the fuji9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any underlying technology — is the exclusive property of fuji9 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the fuji9 platform without prior written consent. The fuji9 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary and may not be used in any context — including on social media, websites, or marketing materials — without express written authorization. Any unauthorized use of fuji9 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and other remedies available under Philippine and international law.
8. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
